Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Power Platform/Azure Infrastructure Support Specialist with expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support, maintenance, and optimization of our Power Platform and Azure infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration and performance of Dynamics 365 CRM applications. You will collaborate with cross functional teams to implement solutions that meet business requirements and enhance user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Support:
  • Provide support for Power Platform and Azure-related issues associated with Dynamics 365 CRM.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues.

  • Monitor system performance and apply necessary optimizations.

  1. Administration:
  • Administer and maintain Azure resources and services to ensure high availability and security.

  • Manage user access, roles, and permissions in Dynamics 365 CRM.

  • Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and policies.

  1. Integration & Development:
  • Assist in the design and implementation of integration solutions between Dynamics 365 CRM and other applications using Power Automate, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.

  • Support the development of Power Apps and custom connectors to enhance business processes.

  1. Performance Monitoring:
  • Monitor the performance of Power Platform applications and Azure infrastructure, identifying opportunities for improvement and scalability.

  • Implement monitoring solutions to track usage metrics and system health.

  1. Collaboration:
  • Work closely with developers and business analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve system issues and enhance functionality.

  1. Project Involvement:
  • Participate in project planning and execution, contributing technical expertise to improve project outcomes.

  • Assist in the gathering and analysis of business requirements for new projects or enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • Proven experience supporting and administering Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and Azure services.

  • Strong understanding of Power Automate, Power Apps, and Azure services (e.g., Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Data Services).

  • Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and data management best practices.

  • Knowledge of integration techniques using APIs, web services, and ETL solutions.

  • Experience with troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues in cloud environments.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals, Azure Administrator Associate) are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

  • Familiarity with governance and compliance frameworks in cloud environments.

  • Knowledge of security best practices related to Azure and Dynamics 365
