Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 3 years of experience in management consulting, program management, project management, data analytics, operations, technology, or similar field.

• Experience in project management and working with cross-functional leadership and stakeholders.

• Experience with spreadsheet tools.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience using SQL and working with data sets to deliver insights and recommendations.

• Experience building relationships, with the ability to meet and exceed goals in a fast paced environment.

• Ability to work in a dynamic and ambiguous environment.

• Ability to communicate in Spanish to work with local colleagues based in Mexico City.

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with experience reporting to executive leaders in the company.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000-$154,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Generate insights for the business and decide where we focus is needed, or how to fix gaps.
