JPMorgan Chase Program Manager-Marketing Services and Transformation in Chicago, Illinois
The Marketing Services and Transformation team is responsible for the transformation of the marketing ecosystem for teams across JPMorgan Chase. Our roadmap includes working with Chief Marketing Officers and Center Of Excellence teams on the transformation of end-to-end processes and technology for marketers to plan and execute successful marketing campaigns.
As a Program Manager on the Marketing Services and Transformation team, you should be a dynamic and strategic program manager. You will help guide the transformation of marketing strategies, processes, and technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions that align with our business objectives and market trends. You should be passionate about guiding change, optimizing marketing processes and delivering impactful results.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee Content transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives and vision.
Collaborate with cross-functional business teams to prioritize capabilities with Product.
Develop and implement transformation roadmaps, defining clear goals, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective communication throughout the transformation process.
Monitor and report on transformation progress, using metrics and KPIs to track success and identify areas for improvement.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with transformation efforts, developing contingency plans to address potential challenges.
Engage with senior leadership and stakeholders, providing regular updates and insights on transformation progress and outcomes.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
8+ years leading large cross-functional programs
Proven experience in program management, with a focus on large-scale transformation initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving results.
Excellent project management skills, with experience using project management tools and methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
High-energy, deadline-driven multitasker dedicated to solutions-oriented outcomes.
Executive-level communicator with proficiency in MS Office suite.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, including Marketing Campaign content lifecycle and management.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
Proven track record of delivering successful marketing transformation initiatives in large matrixed organizations, demonstrating measurable impact and ROI.
Experience with MarTech product management and operations.
Proficiency in marketing technology platforms and tools, such as workflow/production management, marketing automation, and analytics software.
Experience with change management and process improvement, including the ability to drive organizational change.
