WTW Project Manager 2 in Chicago, Illinois

The Role

  • Create estimates based on project scope, resources, and collaborate with junior Project Managers to maintain and communicate risks/course corrections

  • Maintain project plans and monitors progress to accurately reflect project scope, deliverables and timeline

  • Lead discussions around trends and process improvement opportunities and communicates to the appropriate leadership group

  • Collaborate with appropriate stakeholders to draft change orders for out-of-scope work as per Change Control process

  • Learn and apply WTW standard practices and standard tools

  • Mentor, grow, and lead team members and junior Project Managers

  • Collaborate to deliver quality of ongoing service delivery and adhere to established Project Manager standards.

  • Perform and manage all responsibilities related to the Project Manager-2 role and complies with our security protocol

The Requirements

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Project and Word

  • Basic understanding of regulations that apply to benefits administration

  • Analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills

  • Organizational and time management skills

  • Demonstrates flexibility, accountability, and ability to deliver multiple projects with quality and excellence

  • Basic SQL Skills is a plus.

  • Ability to work extended hours as needed

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).

Compensation

The base salary being offered for this role is $80,000 USD -$95,000 USD. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
