Epsilon, Inc Project Manager in Chicago, Illinois

Job Description

Project Manager Security Clearance required: Able to obtain Public Trust - Moderate Location: Telecommute; 25% Travel Required Position Summary: The Project Manager's role is to organize, direct, and coordinate the planning, oversight, and implementation of an Epsilon Federal Contract. Position Responsibilities:

  • Oversees daily management of contract operations for the Federal Contract.

  • Ensures the performance, completeness, and accuracy of work assigned under the contract to achieve the performance objectives.

  • Manages the scope of work encompassed by the task order(s) with regards to deliverables and other project milestones.

  • Provides direction to the project team and reviews the quality of all work products.

  • Responsible for staffing, project planning, project financials, and staff direction and oversight.

  • Maintains and cultivates client relationships.

  • Maintains personnel training and certification of workforce to ensure program success and compliance.

  • Submits reports as required by each contracting authority.

  • Travels to various sites as required.

    Essential Skills, Experience, and Certifications:

  • As a requirement of this position, all candidates must be either a U.S. Citizen or have official legal status in the United States. In accordance with 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(2)(C), Epsilon will not consider candidates for this position who do not meet the aforementioned conditions.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field preferred.

  • PMP certification desired.

  • ITIL v4 Certification strongly desired.

  • 3+ years' experience in a similar position.

  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities.

  • Strong team player; self-assured, confident, and goal-oriented.

  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and delegate effectively.

  • Ability to solve problems and translate policies into daily routine operations.

  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent understanding of the organization's goals and objectives.

  • Knowledge and understanding of the Technology industry.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to understand and communicate complex problems to any audience.
