About the job:

Veradigm seeks a dynamic Salesforce Systems Architect to play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy, execution, and continuous enhancement of Salesforce solutions across multiple subsidiaries. This key position entails spearheading the implementation and iterative refinement of our Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities. Additionally, the role involves the critical responsibility of maintaining seamless integrations that facilitate bi-directional data flow between Salesforce and closely integrated systems, including our core EHR product, data warehouse, and various third-party applications. Responsibilities:

Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that optimize the Salesforce platform within the framework of the organization\'s enterprise architecture and information security policies.

Lead technical design sessions, architecting and documenting solutions aligned with business objectives while identifying gaps between current and desired states.

Manage, mentor, and provide technical guidance to a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, fostering their professional growth and development.

Independently drive multiple projects end-to-end, ensuring successful planning, execution, analysis, and communication throughout the process.

Oversee 200+ Salesforce users across various departments, including Sales, Implementation, Marketing, Product, and Customer Service, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Design and configure Salesforce user roles, profiles, permissions, workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and other Setup features to support organizational requirements.

Identify existing and emerging features and best practices to maximize the value derived from the Salesforce platform.

Support third-party integrations, including New Voice Media, Zuora, Slack, Outreach, Drift, Marketo, and others, as well as third-party apps built on the Salesforce platform.

Provide hands-on training to Salesforce users on core functionality, new apps, and enhancements, empowering them to leverage Salesforce effectively.

Maintain Salesforce developer/architect credentials and stay updated on the latest best practices\ \
