LRS Consulting Services is seeking a Salesforce Project Manager for a remote contract with potential to hire opportunity with our research client in Chicago, IL!

Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project management for Salesforce initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring clear communication and understanding across teams.
Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to promote team collaboration and productivity.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues.
Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any challenges that may impact project delivery.
Work with BA team to conduct thorough analysis of business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for the development team.
Work with Development team to oversee the design, configuration, and testing of Salesforce solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, gathering feedback and implementing changes to enhance project processes and outcomes.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years experience as a hands-on Project Manager with focus in Salesforce implementation &/or enhancement projects.
Strong experience in large enterprise application environments with complex, dynamic teams.
Strong background in agile development methodologies, experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing program priorities simultaneously.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong subject matter expertise in Salesforce, with relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, etc.) prefferred
Agile/Scrum Master certification is a plus.
Familiarity with Copado &/or Salesforce DevOps is a plus.
