Our independent and award-winning global brand consultancy and creative agency is looking for a Senior Brand Strategist to join their team full time. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing agency!\ \ This role is HYBRID and they offer unlimited PTO. We\'re looking for talent local to Chicago who enjoy an in-office agency culture.\ \ Brand Strategists requirements:\ - 5+ years in a strategy role, in an agency setting (a couple years in an independent contractor role will put you at the top of the list)\ - Experience presenting strategic ideas through formal client presentations, e-mail, and informal discussions\ - Desire to grow into a role where you\'ll lead the strategy team and strategic voice to the client\ - Experience leading / coordinating quantitative and qualitative research for actionable insights to guide creative development\ \ Brand Strategist responsibilities:\ - Lead stakeholder interviews (in depth), audits, qualitative research, brand positioning, brand creative platform development (verbal), creative brief, brand architecture, naming\ - Partner with creative on strategic messaging frameworks\ - Write go-to-market strategy, campaign strategy\ - Write briefs that capture qualitative and quantitate research, the consumer mindset and competitive landscape\ - Lead discovery sessions/workshops: write agenda, facilitate conversations to stimulate project ideas and recommendations\ - Interpret consumer insights and behaviors\ - Discover socio-cultural trends that act as focal points for client engagements\ - Identify opportunities and challenges for client\'s business, proposing agency solutions to strengthen partnerships\ \ \ \ Our client offers medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.
