Job overview and responsibilities

This position is part of the EPM Support Team responsible for the design, development, implementation and support of financial planning and reporting solutions using Oracle EPM. The role serves a primary point of contract for Oracle EPM users who have questions on how to use the tool and what data is available within the tool. The role also is a key contributor in the further development and implementation of Oracle EPM.

· Gathering and validating information from operational and business groups for inclusion in Oracle EPM

· Participate in change management processes including end user training and testing.

· Help build a Center of excellence and governance process around EPM models.

· Design and build solutions in Oracle EPM to enhance the financial planning & budgeting process

· Work with the FP&A team to ensure all processing during monthly close and forecast is functioning properly

Qualifications

Required

· Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field

· 2-4 years of professional experience in financial budgeting, planning ,accounting or digital technology

· Solid understanding of the Financial Forecasting and Financial Reporting environment with the ability to assist in the translation of business needs into technical solutions

· Prior experience with Oracle EPM /Hyperion products

· Basic understanding of airline financial measures, labor statistics and flight statistics

· Strong working knowledge of spreadsheets

· Ability to perform as a team member and/or individual contributor in a fast-paced, constantly changing business environment

· Strong customer service attitude/mindset

· Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to details

· Ability to identify creative approaches to objectives and present results in a concise logical manner

· Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

· Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification

· Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

Preferred

· MBA

· Prior Oracle EPM functional administration experience

· Experience with Oracle ERP, Oracle Business Intelligence, Smartview, and Oracle Analytics
