Advance your career as a Senior Manager, Business Management within our Sweet Snacking Category . You will play a critical part in driving business growth and operational excellence across commercial functions. This hybrid role will be based in Chicago, IL or Battle Creek, MI.

Our team works with cross-functional partners, including omni sales, marketing, finance, category strategy, revenue growth management, and insights and analytics. In this role, you will leverage customer, consumer, demand and supply data. You will utilize this data to develop, recommend and implement strategies to drive business performance in partnership with key commercial leaders. You will be asked to build stories based on data that provide insight into the business and recommends strategies.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Business Performance Management – W ork across functions to monitor the effectiveness of our strategies and initiatives. Deliver business performance in partnership with our commercial leadership team to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.

• Cross-functional Collaboration – Partner closely with commercial leaders including marketing, commercial strategy, insights & analytics, and business transformation. This individual must be able to work with a group of diverse functions and ensure they are all working towards the same initiatives.

• Business Insights – Utilize advanced analytics to understand customer / consumer behaviors, market trends, and supply chain dynamics. M ake strategic and tactical recommendations to drive category growth. We will look to you to continue to foster a culture of data-driven decision making within the commercial functions.

  We’re Looking for Someone With

• Bachelor’s Degree with significant experience in sales & sales management, marketing, category management or finance. Master’s Degree preferred.

• Strong cross-functional interaction with sales, marketing, revenue growth management, category strategy, and other categories.

• Ability to manage multiple projects with various deadlines, specific time constraints, and conflicting priorities. Must be able to prioritize projects within heavy workload periods.

• Strong organizational, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills. Excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong analytical skills with proven record of data-based decision making.
