\ WHAT WE CAN ACHIEVE TOGETHER

The Sr. Application Development and Support Engineer will provide functional and technical support contributing to all activities in the application life cycle management framework for Corporate Systems applications. They will be responsible to develop and provide production support for our Workday integrations, Workday reporting and Workday Extend. This position will participate in all aspects of software development life cycle for Workday implementations. They will work with peers on an engineering team with the opportunity to be a part of an exciting digital transformation that will impact all corporate applications (Finance, HRIS, Legal, etc.) at TNC.

\ This Position will review and analyze business requirements for projects with a wide range of complexity at varying levels of impact to organization-wide initiatives. They will perform tasks assigned as required to deliver projects and maintain applications in operation providing support for production problems as required.

• Design and develop new, complex technology systems and solutions according to system requirements following TNC methodology and development best practices.
• Act as technical lead on technology application maintenance projects related to application upgrades, conversions, and modifications. Perform tasks assigned as required to complete project including design, development, running specific programs, generating reports, and analyzing results.
• Work with internal teams to understand business requirements and transla e them into technical solutions, develop project plans, provide realistic estimations and technical expertise to team members.
• Assist technical support staff, Business Support Center staff, Project Managers, and users as needed by providing support for business applications including diagnosing complex problems requiring extensive analysis and troubleshooting. Design and implement solutions for corrective action in consultation with user community and IT support group.
• Document system designs, development processes, and integration specifications to ensure clarity and continuity across teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of Workday Extend applications and custom development projects. Develop and implement scalable, reusable integration patterns for Workday to ensure consistency and efficiency across applications.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Workday integration tools, including Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and custom reports.

\ WHAT YOU\'LL BRING

Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, or a related field. Five years of experience in programming and systems design with 3 years of recent experience in supporting Workday Integrations, Workday Extend, API\'s and reporting.
