Job Description:

As a Senior Program Manager with Baker Tilly, you will be integral to the design and development of CCIA lending programs for Baker Tilly clients. If successful, you will be part of the leadership of a trusted team responsible for supporting our multi-year contracts with a CCIA consortium or program lead, helping that client team administer grants.

Position is located in Washington, D.C., Chicago, Illinois; or Austin, Texas

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and delivery of large-scale federal clean energy fund deployment programs, in coordination with Baker Tilly leadership, identified program delivery partners, and CCIA awardees.
  • Oversee and track program performance, deliverables, schedules, and milestones, ensuring alignment with the program\'s objectives and priorities.
  • Organize leadership and other meetings, including tracking agendas, and providing updates to leadership.
  • Engage with external partners and stakeholders, local jurisdictions, 3rd party capital providers, external lenders, and marketing/outreach partners.
  • Coordinate with internal support teams including Program Operations, Finance, IT, and Marketing.
  • Ensure compliance with all contract and program requirements including applicable Federal and State-level financial, procurement, and reporting requirements.
  • Design and develop technical and financial performance standards and project riteria that meet program standards.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor\'s degree in business, energy, engineering, or related field of study required; a Master\'s degree in a related field preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience working in the energy industry or in finance, banking, consulting, or related field.
  • Experience working with governmental clients and/or agencies.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification is preferred.
  • Program Standup and Management experience.
  • Ability to grow and lead large teams in project management and execution.
  • Demonstrated organizational and coordination skills.
  • A demonstrated attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
