As a leader in the MRO industry, we partner with customers to make sure they have the right maintenance and repair parts on hand when needed.

We’re looking for a Temporary Analyst in our Sales MRO department who will tasked with assisting in the implementation of an algorithm to help reduce customer churn as well as expanding it to help predict employee churn.

This role will work between 5 to 10 hours per week for a 2-to-3-month period, from a home office.

Responsibilities:

• Assists in the implementation of the algorithm worked on by Texas A&M to help reduce customer churn.

• Expands the algorithm developed by Texas A&M to help predict employee churn.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Academic work towards a bachelor’s degree required

• Experience on the Texas A&M team tasked with studying Lawson’s Customer Churn

• Strong data analysis skills

• Self-motivated team player able to work from a home office

• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

• Outstanding listener with the ability to gather information and document end user issues to determine the best course of action towards resolution.

• Computer skills with Windows 10 Operating Systems and Microsoft Office 365
