General Responsibilities:

The position of HVAC Customer Service Representative provides sales support for internal and external customers by identifying and pricing equipment and parts solutions, along with conducting outbound phone sales and upselling on current orders.

The primary duties and responsibilities include the following: communicating with customers while maintaining customer relationships, sales, processing and fulfilling customer orders, and creating an exceptional customer experience.

This position is the main point-of-contact for customer order fulfillment and interfacing by phone, email, text, and in person. The highest level of customer service is necessary to create long-term customer relationships.

Creating an exceptional customer experience is a top priority. Success in this position is measured by the ability of the CSR team to understand their customers, and exceed their expectations. Furthermore, timeliness, promptness, and professional appearance are all aspects of the daily duties required.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• HVAC industry experience preferred.
• Customer Service experience required.
• Experience communicating with customers via phone, text, and email.
• Experience problem solving to meet customer needs.
• Fluent with computer applications and operating systems including Windows, Word Processing, and Electronic Spreadsheets.
• Ability to make decisions without close supervision, and must be accurate, efficient, and capable of handling detailed work assignments.
• Proven ability to work independently and self-motivated; also work cooperatively and motivate other associates.
• Ability to maintain self-control and complete tasks with frequent interruptions.
• Flexibility to adapt to changes in organizational structure and move among departments when necessary.
