Additional information can be found at www.ttm.com The Inside Sales Representative coordinates the activities of the selling teams, internal Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing and assigned (external) Customers to: mediate, and negotiate any item or activity such as price, delivery, quality, and responsiveness, that directly impacts the customer\'s business with TTM Technologies. This job requires timely and accurate responses to: requests for quotes, material planning, order entry, engineering holds, order changes, order status, requests for RMA\'s, and resolution of shipping and accounting issues. The position requires continuous improvement in cycle time for customer communications, in order to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction. Duties and Responsibilities: The Inside Sales I is responsible for customer communication for customers doing business with Chippewa Falls. As the focal point for the customer, they will interface with the appropriate internal departments at each facility, including but not limited to: Quoting, Front-End Engineering, Production Control, Purchasing, Quality and Accounting, in order to communicate all customer requirements and respond back to the customer in a timely manner. Processing of Requests for Quote: Obtain request for quote and aligning data receipt from Customers. Input quote requests in ROQ quote platform and communicate needs to quote team. Respond to the customer with finalized and approved quotation, within the targeted lead time. Order Entry: Existing Customer Orders: Upon receipt, check for raw material availability and initiate repeat quotation for order booking through ROQ. New orders: Validate new order quotation availability for booking, item setup and sales order creation through ROQ; request CRTrak address creation if needed. Enter Sales Order in Oracle and work with Production Control to meet requested lead times. Transmit Order Confirmation to Customer. Consignment: Process Consignment Customer hub receipt and pull transactions in Oracle. Work with Consignment Customers to assure inventory is pulled and invoiced in...
