Overview

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a passionate Digital Content Specialist to join our growing team! The Digital Content Specialist will develop written content—long-form and short-form—for a variety of digital communication platforms, including eCommerce platforms, web articles, and social media marketing that helps deliver incremental sales for Breakthru Beverage Group.

This position will ideally be based from our Cicero, IL office location to operate in the standard hybrid schedule (two days in the office, three days from home).

Responsibilities

• Create, refine, edit, and distribute content for a variety of digital channels across Breakthru Beverage Group’s 16+ markets

• Work closely with Breakthru’s internal experts and supplier partners to develop content for external and internal audiences

• Execute writing and publishing content from the enterprise editorial calendar under the direction of the Content Manager

• Demonstrate ability to manage a variety of key relationships across the entire Breakthru footprint with little oversight

• Must be able to comfortably and confidently post to Breakthru’s social media channels during industry events

• Recommend effective outlet deployment based on segmentation and business objectives

• Ensure all digital executions meet the high standards of Breakthru’s digital marketing capabilities

• Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Journalism preferred with 3-5 years professional experience

• Digital activation content strategy and workflow experience from an agency, brand and/or B2B environment preferred

• eCommerce content and advertising experience desired

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills a must

• Relevant cross-functional experience (marketing, digital agency, advertising, project management)

• Must be available to cover evening and weekend events as they arise

Physical Requirements:
