PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible to request to the warehouse for the materials to be used in the manufacturing packaging area and maintaining optimal levels of components and material so that the products are manufactured without problems.

• Maintains the required inventory levels of packaging products in the production area.

• Verify and remove the production labels according to the corresponding machine, to ensure that product mixing does not occur.

• Keeps the production packed in order and properly identified. Segregate production before and after packaging is completed to avoid production mixing.

• Use the “QAD” system to make finished production entries.

• Use forklift equipment to move finished products into production / packaging areas and to load / unload the truck.

• Drive the truck to transfer the final products / production packaging products to the warehouse and vice versa

• Perform daily inventories of all packaging supplies and reconcile the physical inventory with the inventory listed in the system.

• Complete daily and / or monthly inventory counts • Maintain a good cleanliness in the packing area and / or materials in an adequate and safe way, keep the aisles clear, etc.

• Obtain forklift certification • Maintain the required documentation following Good Documentation Practices and maintain required training in the LMS system.

• Assist and give support in the area of the "material handler" when necessary. • Comply with all regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction, and all health and safety rules in accident prevention.

• Provide support in: ISO, GMP, GDP, training and audits.

• Provide a customer service attitude when interacting with internal and external customers while doing work.

• Performs other non-included tasks assigned by the Supervisor / Manager, according to the company/business needs, if they do not violate the safety or integrity of the employee.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education Requirements: • High School Diploma, or equivalent

• 0 to 3 years’ experience in a similar position in a regulated manufacturing environment. Language Skills:

• Able to communicate effectively in Spanish. Computer Skills

• Demonstrated knowledge and experienced utilizing MRP systems such as QAD and any other system required for the management of materials within West CM. Mathematical Skills:

• Able to perform basic math calculations such as: ▪ Add, Subtraction, Multiplication and division of whole numbers, decimals and fractions.

Certifications / Licenses • Valid driver’s license • Forklift license. Interpersonal Relationships:

• Internal: good interpersonal relationships with peers, coworkers, Supervisors and Managers.

• External: Good relationships with vendors, suppliers, contractors and external auditors.
