Who we are looking for: VML is seeking an Account Manager to support the day-to-day activities to creatively execute and produce client marketing programs. You will be one of the client contacts on a new account, ensuring client approvals are secured, client objectives are achieved, and timelines and budgets are met. You will communicate externally with the client(s) and internally with the project team to keep all apprised of project status, updates and changes. What you'll do: Build rapport and credibility with client based on trust, sound counsel, responsiveness to client needs and flawless execution Collaborate with creative, project management, production, and/or media teams to develop marketing programs and solutions for client Serve as creative and executional project lead; guide the day-to-day development of client marketing projects from start to finish; secure required client approvals (e.g. creative briefs, budgets, creative materials, etc.); ensure progressive steps in the process are approved with adequate time to meet schedules Develop and update both client and project documents including: creative briefs, estimates, project timelines, media plans, status reports, conference reports and other supporting materials Review all documents and creative work prior to submitting to client for review Keep agency team informed of client requests and changes; anticipate potential problems; proactively develop solutions Organize client presentations, meetings and conference calls, and prepare relevant documents, including agendas, meeting materials and conference reports Capture and interpret program results, summarize findings, and work with senior team members to recommend program enhancements and/or changes to improve going forward Who you are: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Able to build relationships and collaborate across teams, departments, vendors and clients to successfully accomplish work Strong attention to detail, organization, and professionalism Ability to effectively managing multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously Proactive approach and positive attitude What you'll need: 1-3 years of advertising or marketing experience, Agency experience preferred Knowledge and interest in Commerce/Shopper marketing and retailer ecosystem, specifically Walmart What we offer: Passionate, driven people | We champion a culture of people that do extraordinary work.
