Job Description:

The Program Management Administration Support position will be responsible for the support of our 650+ employee site in Cincinnati, OH. This position will support office operations, maximize office productivity, and provide administrative and continuous improvement support to the organization.

Essential Functions:

  • Excellent communication skills and attention for detail.

  • Problem solving skills and making recommendations for solutions.

  • Ability to work under limited supervision on assignments requiring judgment and initiative.

  • Perform general administrative support tasks including scheduling and coordinating meetings, booking conference rooms, arranging catering, managing outlook calendars.

  • Prioritize, multi-task, managing complex schedules, and meeting changing deadlines.

  • Prepare documents, spreadsheets, reports, and presentations.

  • Assist with running Program Reviews.

  • Assist with slide preparation for both internal meetings and customer deliverables.

  • Arrange for domestic and international travel.

  • Prepare expense reports in Concur.

  • Create and/or maintain appropriate logs, databases, inventories, status reports/tracking.

  • Schedule employee engagement events and activities.

  • Coordinate visitor and offsite activities, to include customer meetings.

  • Work cohesively with other Administrative Assistants within L3Harris.

  • Support event planning and execution.

  • Support on-boarding of new program personnel.

  • Coordinate with the L3Harris security office and other stakeholders on security and access issues supporting the program (e.g. clearance documentation, access to classified spaces, etc.).

  • Send out communications as needed.

  • Order catering when requested for meetings.

  • Order office and breakroom supplies.

  • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

  • Requires fully proficient job knowledge/skills.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of six (6) years of prior Office/Administrative/Project Support experience.

  • 2 years post-Secondary/associate degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior Office/Administrative/Project Support experience.

  • 2 years or more of experience in Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Concur, and Microsoft Teams.

  • Must be a US Citizen.
