Overview Greet and assist guests in a curious and respectful manner, most specifically in checking in and checking out their coats and bags. Assure highest quality of service by working in an efficient and conscious manner, as well as maintaining and developing the highest service standards possible Responsibilities Provide the highest service standards possible to all guests. Assist with greeting and taking guest coats and bags as needed from all guests. Learn and execute the standard procedure of properly tagging, storing and retrieving guest items and be able to do so in an efficient and courteous manner. Maintain the cleanliness the coat check room and surrounding areas including all items held in the coat check room. Meet all guest request and expectations with a professional attitude. Perform any other tasks as assigned. Qualifications Must be able to think freely and make decisions on own pertaining to job responsibility Able to perform duties without constant supervision Ability to keep calm, responsive and friendly under pressure Able to handle a variety of different tasks at once as well as challenges that may arise with guests, customers and/or employees Knows when to request help or assistance from supervisor Effective verbal and written communication skills.
