1 Position: Continuous Improvement Associate - Intern - Summer 2025 Location: Cincinnati, OH/Hybrid Brand: Corporate Segment: Operations OTC Industrial Technologies is looking for an enthusiastic Continuous Improvement Associate - Intern to join our Global Operations team this summer. This internship will support our Global Operations team in activities and projects such as: Manage operational 1+ project initiative for Ops leaders. Assist in Kaizen and CI event facilitation. Perform branch's lean assessment and roadmap development. Support Lean Academy activities within the branch. Competencies: Problem solving Continuous / Process improvement Data Analysis Waste Elimination Customer satisfaction How will this internship contribute to the development of his/her knowledge, skills & abilities? Exposed to learn about the various lean methodologies needed to solve different business-related roadblocks to improve supply chain disruptions.
