For more information, please visit our website atwww.sunchemical.comor connect with us onLinkedInorTwitter Position Title: Document Control Analyst Work Location: Remote Work Schedule/Hours: Mon. - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm Eastern The Document Control Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and managing the document control process for North America Customer Service (NACS). This role will manage confidential and non-routine information, preparing meeting and presentation material as needed. The Document Control Analyst will identify service and documentation challenges and initiate appropriate action to resolve issues. The Document Control Analyst will be responsible for maintaining a SharePoint Site and the catalog of documents within it by following document control procedures, including classifying, labeling, and storing documents correctly, as well as organizing data to maximize efficiency and reduce wasted time searching for files. The Document Control Analyst will review and evaluate documents for clarity, effectiveness, grammatical accuracy, and formatting to ensure high-quality, user-friendly documents. The ideal candidate will ensure that all documents are accurate, up-to-date, easily accessible, and eliminate redundancies. The Document Control Analyst will work independently and as a team on special non-recurring and ongoing projects. They will work with others in the department to share the best practices, updates on activities, etc. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Manage the Document Control System for adherence to ISO standards and company policies. Supports internal user requests for documentation and train users in our system. Maintains quality records per applicable SOPs, adhering to document life-cycle procedures. Administers the collection, authorization, publication, storage, and retrieval of documents. Forecast, monitor, and report on the status of document distribution and review for both internal and external review cycles. Performs administrative support functions for overall document record keeping. Identifying document review bottlenecks by consulting with relevant stakeholders to identify problems and make recommendations to expedite the review cycle. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required. Minimum of 2 years' Document Control experience. Strong time management, organizational, planning and follow up skills. Comfortable presenting /speaking in front of others. Demonstrated strong analytical skills. Ability to manage short- and long-term projects with multiple workstreams or departments to successful completion. Ability to identify and take the initiative to solve complex problems, work within deadlines with high attention to detail, and work accurately and independently. Individuals must work cooperatively and establish positive cross-functional relationships within the organization and various levels of management. Prior strong experience and aptitude with Microsoft Office Suite- SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. Organizational
