About the team: The Customer Experience (CX) & Product Enablement team plays a pivotal role in the Worldpay Product Management organization, focusing on creating delightful experiences that span the entire customer experience lifecycle for both internal and external customers, maximize our return on investment, and improve the speed we go to market for new products. Within the CX team, the Sales & Acquisition Product team is focused on Sales products and strategies around merchant acquisition - opportunity tracking, quoting, contracting and ultimately onboarding merchants...both by internal Sales teams as well as covering products used externally by our banks, ISVs and registered PayFacs. This team's priority is to drive the strategy that enables Worldpay to deliver world-class user experiences at every customer touchpoint. Because this team unifies capabilities across the Worldpay product portfolio, this is a highly collaborative team that works closely stakeholders across the enterprise as well as internal teams such as other Product leaders, UX, engineering, operations and marketing. What you will be doing: Worldpay powers the technology behind some of the most innovative FinTechs and Financial Institutions in the world. As a Sr. Product Analyst - Enterprise Acquisition, you will be responsible for deep and thorough requirements collection and analysis for our Enterprise sales and acquisition products. You will own a product vision and liaison with the technical teams to turn that vision into granular features and user stories. Within the role, your key responsibilities will be to: Understand product strategy, market, industry and client goals Work with other Product Managers and stakeholders to understand business problem statements and convert them into user stories Articulate product vision and user stories in a manner clearly understandable to development teams Manage backlog of user stories for one or more products Establish user story acceptance criteria, accept user stories and refine user stories with Scrum teams Review and provide feedback on test plans to ensure application changes meet acceptance criteria Create Sprint release plans with input from development teams Monitor the development progress and provide updates to stakeholders as requested Apply Agile methods and processes that encourages frequent inspection and adaption Lead planning and review meetings to communicate feedback on development achievements What you bring: We are looking for a dynamic, creative, hands-on Product innovator with the following attributes: Typically requires a minimum of 5+ years of related experience Strong understanding of business analysis, planning, development and management Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors Proficiency in problem solving and time management skills managing multiple deadlines Proficiency to operate independently and within a multi-disciplinary team Added bonus if you have: Experience of working for a Payment Service provider, Fintech company, bank or other financial institution Experience of working inside a large organization MBA degree What we offer you: A competitive salary and attractive benefits package A multifaceted job with a high degree of responsibility and a broad spectrum of opportunities A modern, international work environment and a dedicated
