Perform cleaning and maintenance as necessary and directed. Suggest appropriate accessories and recommend design changes to meet the patient's special needs. Gathers information, perform calculations and provide routine and non-routine repairs and maintenance of custom equipment, their components, and/or supplies. * Customer Service- Interact with customers in a courteous, attentive and conscientious manner. Instruct patients, families and caregivers in the use and maintenance of prescription equipment and supplies. * Reporting- Provide routine and non-routine reports as required by Home Care policy and procedure. * Performance Improvement- Perform quality and safety checks to ensure equipment or supplies are safe and meet desired standards. Develop knowledge and professional skills through cross training, literature and attendance at department meetings. Participate in improving organizational performance through recommending areas or approaches for discussions.
