Your expertise in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and control systems will help us maintain our high standards of quality and reliability. Key Responsibilities: Performs minor and major repair of all buildings and equipment Repairs electrical equipment/systems and control circuits; and replaces faulty electrical equipment as needed. Electrical work includes maintaining and replacing three phase motors (up to 50 HP), testing and replacing fuses as needed, troubleshooting of machine controls. Repairs pneumatic, hydraulic, and other mechanical systems on production equipment Maintains records of scheduled maintenance procedures. As a plus, the ability to use a laptop computer to communicate with PLC to troubleshoot inputs and outputs, understanding of ladder logic. No need to program PLC's, but will occasionally edit code. We will train an interested individual on this. What You Bring: 2-3 years of experience in Electro-Mechanical System Installation & Troubleshooting. Strong understanding of industrial machinery, including motors, pumps, and more. Proficiency in reading and interpreting both electrical and mechanical drawings. Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving skills, and mechanical aptitude. Familiarity with safety procedures, including lockout/tagout. High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or military experience is a plus. Physical & Mental Requirements: Ability to move freely throughout the plant, lifting up to 75 pounds. Comfortable with tasks requiring bending, kneeling, crouching, and balancing. Sharp attention to detail with good depth perception and color differentiation. Strong analytical skills to ensure accuracy in maintenance tasks. Ready to Make an Impact?
