This position involves a basic knowledge of some of the following: Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint and O365, Active Directory, Citrix and Meraki and Cisco devices. What You Will Do:
- Respond promptly to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone or electronically.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and requests.
- Setup hardware to be used by Messer personnel including laptops, PC's, networking equipment and mobile devices
- Configure software to be used by Messer personnel.
- Follow documented task and processes as assigned.
- Seek new methods or improvements to documented tasks and update documentation accordingly.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues / requests.
- Record details of inquiries and requests as well as actions taken.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments or other project leads.
- Stay current with system information, changes and updates.
- Travel to company locations for setup or troubleshooting as needed.
