ENSAFE INC Lead Remediation Project Engineer in Cincinnati, Ohio

EnSafe is expanding its teams and seeking a skilled mid-level Lead Remediation Project Engineer to join one of our offices in the Eastern US. Relocation assistance is authorized. What we are looking for The Lead Remediation Project Engineer we seek is the problem-solver and remedial strategist known for hands-on, practical experience with various remedial technologies and equipment who is ready to support our team. What You Will Be Doing: Design small and large-scale remedial systems to address soil, groundwater, and vapor contamination for sites regulated under CERCLA, RCRA, and state programs. Prepare remediation feasibility studies, design basis reports, remedial action plans, and cost estimates. Design and lead pilot studies and field testing for various/emerging contaminants. Review data compilation and analysis, statistical evaluation, and 3D modeling. Review existing data and develop a strategy to fill data gaps and determine the remedial approach. Manage O&M of remedial systems, operational data collection, and troubleshooting. Participate in the design of process/facility engineering projects and industrial wastewater systems. Oversee onsite construction. Write and review technical reports, SAPs, and H&S plans. Communicate with clients, regulatory agencies, vendors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. What You Will Need: Bachelor's degree in Civil, Chemical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering. Between 6 to 15 years of experience. P.E. License. 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification. Proficient with vapor mitigation, groundwater/soil remediation, and remediation O&M. Advanced in drafting remedial system designs, plans and specifications, PFDs, P&IDs, equipment layouts, and material balances. Understanding of groundwater/lithology characteristics/logging, hydraulics. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and communication skills. Experience with task/project management and proposals. Valid driver's license to operate a vehicle in the U.S. Ability to lift 50 lbs. throughout the day.
