What you'll own This role leads a group of advisors that strive to make a positive revenue impact across our Worldpay for Business space while providing merchants a best-in-class customer experience. You will: Provide leadership for area of responsibility including planning, coaching, recruiting, selection, performance development and mentoring. Monitor staff performance, work with employees to implement goals and document progress, approves incentive compensation calculations and works with Human Resources on employee related issues. Responsible for activities involved in selling products and/or services, developing new accounts and/or expanding existing accounts. Participate in establishing financial goals, objectives and measurements to meet growth and retention targets. Develop plans, goals, strategies and objectives to achieve team goals and revenue objectives. Ensure development and maintenance of long-term relationships with client base. Partner with analysts and support staff to ensure that all team needs are met. All the above duties and responsibilities are essential job functions for which reasonable accommodation will be made.
