THE ROLE: Sr. Account Manager Job Summary: Presidio is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our team in Ohio. In this role, you will manage a territory and be responsible for a multi-million-dollar quota in consulting services including strategy, design, implementation, and managed services for infrastructure and digital solutions. Leading business partnerships include Cisco, Dell, Fortinet, Palo Alto, ZScaler, VMWare, AWS, Microsoft and Google just to name a few. Strong selling skills in Digital Transformation, Cloud and CyberSecurity with existing and new clients are extremely important. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Senior Executive in the Commercial and Enterprise space. Additionally you will lead a team of 18+ specialized sales resources to develop strategic account plans and client relationship maps for accounts in the $1B plus market. Travel Requirements: This position does not require extensive travel, the travel will be local and approximately 30%. Presidio does have offices in market and expects our team members to be in the office and collaborating with peers 2-3 days per week. Job Responsibilities: Achieve sales objectives primarily through sales to new customers and additional services to existing customers. Immersion into customer organizations with office hours and strategic engagement ensure outcome based success. Manage territory, including account planning and opportunity management. Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about Presidio's products and services. Excellent service is required to ensure assigned accounts meet or exceed client satisfaction. Properly forecast monthly, quarterly and annual revenue numbers for assigned territory. Work with key partners to drive associated product revenue Successfully negotiated contracts. Provide feedback from field experience to sales management with regard to product, selling, and competitive matters. etc. Build and maintain trusting relationships with associates and customers. Effectively transfer thoughts and express ideas using speech and listening skills to influence others and gain support. A competitive, high achiever who persists despite obstacles, opposition, or setbacks. Required Skills: 5-7 years of information technology sales required. 2-3 years of experience working within the technology infrastructure Value Added Reseller (VAR) space directly, or as a vendor partnering with the channel Additional Desired Skills: Knowledge and strong working relationship with at least one of Presidio's strategic partners: VMware, EMC, Microsoft, AWS, Cisco or Palo Alto Networks or similar partner certification preferred. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience Experience with Cloud-based solutions selling
