Job Description

A client in the transportation industry is looking for a senior project manager to join their growing team for an order to cash project, to become the order to cash lead. The client has roughly 1,300 customers, 600 locations that they will be rolling their new automated billing system out to. This individual will manage a team of BAs who are going out to each location to help with the integration of order to cash. Team size is roughly 5-7 BAs, the BAs are the ones with boots on the ground. Occasional travel to support a BA if more refined attention is needed. The BAs are going onsite to locations that have not had O2C implemented., lifting and centralizing. This PM will be keeping track and updating various PM templates, reporting up to the senior program manager and business leaders. In addition, the PM will receive data, make sense of data, read contracts and understand the important components of the contract, The PM will be ensuring the client is billing properly and honoring each contract, helping the data get prepped to get lifted into a solution, dealing with various stakeholders, identifying gaps and addressing them, and feededing a lot of business requirements to the technical O2C PM.

Skills and Requirements

• 10+ years' experience in project management

   - O2C or Contract Revenue (billables) experience

   - Experience managing direct reports

   - Smartsheet and excel experience - Experience standing up a manual process to a solution or automated process

   - Contract to Invoice understanding

   - Transportation experience

   - Change management expertise null
