Description We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Project Manager to join our team for a large-scale fiber to the home deployment project. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects are completed on time and within budget. This role involves leading construction projects, mentoring project staff, implementing project plans and schedules, ensuring safety and quality control, and delegating work to the project team, contractors, and tradespeople. Essential Responsibilities Demonstrates leadership in health, safety, and environmental protection Promotes compliance with HS&E standards and applicable regulations Creates and facilitates the Project Quality Program Ensure projects are built according to approved plans, specifications, and building codes Develops and maintains the construction schedule Leads project meetings with internal and external stakeholders Provides strong leadership to the construction team Identifies and manages opportunities and risks Maintains, tracks, and reports all financial aspects of the project Qualifications 10 plus years of experience as a Project Manager in the Telecommunications industry Post-secondary education in Construction, Engineering, or a related discipline is an asset.
