Job Description

A client in the transportation industry is looking for a senior technical project manager to join their growing team for an order to cash project. The client has roughly 1,300 customers, 600 locations that they will be rolling their new automated billing system out to. The senior project manager must understand the process of solutioning various order to cash roadblocks and calling out risks surrounding data management that has to be passed between systems. The client has a cross functional environment, the PM needs the technical depth to understand what solutions will break other solutions - call out risks, escalations, concerns.

The client currently is using Jira, Smarsheet, and Excel. The senior technical PM will be discussing and advocating for O2C to various different stakeholders, breaking down routes into billable elements, working with a MDM resource and should have MDM understanding, etc.

Skills and Requirements

10+ years experience as a PM working on a Order to Cash or Contract to Billing

Experience working with Jira

Salesforce understanding

Agile experience

Experience working with MDM, setting up new MDM process or solution

Experience working with cross functional teams (added plus if big four) Transportation, Routing and mapping experience (breaking down routes into billable elements) null
