Talent Temporary Workforce: One Model Security Specialist

This is a temporary salaried opportunity to join Deloitte Services LP for a short-term assignment. Temporary employees are not eligible for Deloitte's health benefits, life insurance, PTO or subsidies offered through the Health & Fitness program. We are currently seeking a candidate to fill our One Model Security Specialist role between January 2025 and May 2025 for our Digital & Analytics team.

The Team Deloitte's Talent organization leverages One Model as an enterprise people analytics platform to create a self-service capability to view and model workforce data. This role will lead the One Model team as a part of the Digital & Analytics (D&A) leadership team within Deloitte's Talent organization. The D&A team collaborates across Talent, Deloitte Technology, and the businesses to uncover data-driven insights to solve business challenges across the talent lifecycle and enable transformational change. The One Model team democratizes workforce data via a self-service, visualization, and data platform, in support of the firm-wide priority to create a data fluent workforce to transform how we work. Data democratization is the ongoing process of enabling professionals in Talent and the Businesses, irrespective of their technical know-how, to work with data comfortably, to feel confident talking about it, and as a result, make data-informed workforce decisions and build the talent experience powered by data. The One Model team are data and reporting advisors; develop, maintain, and optimize data assets (storyboards); and provide support and training to increase the data fluency of talent data consumers.

One Model provides Business and Talent professionals with on-demand access to common, accurate talent metrics and insights from multiple sources to drive interactive and strategic conversations that result in timely data-driven decisions. The One Model project team is comprised of multiple workstreams including an Implementation team (Business Systems Analysts, Development, Testing, Security) and Product team (Product Management, Support, Data and Metrics, and Data Integration).

Work you'll do

The Security Analyst will support the One Model security team by managing critical security requests, access control, and ensuring compliance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Critical Security Requests: Handle and fulfill critical security requests, including role editing, creation, and data access management.

  • Access Control: Provision and de-provision access within a matrixed configuration of attributes, filters, roles, and metrics.

  • ServiceNow Requests: Address and resolve security-related ServiceNow requests promptly and accurately.

  • Storyboard Visibility: Manage storyboard visibility to ensure only authorized users access sensitive information.

  • Documentation: Maintain documentation related to storyboard visibility for transparency and compliance.

  • Product Releases: Support security aspects of product releases to ensure effective implementation.

  • Data Dictionary Coordination: Update the OM data dictionary in collaboration with the project team and stakeholders.

  • Communication: Coordinate end-user communications to ensure accurate and relevant security updates.

    Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

  • Minimum 3 years of related experience in;

  • Security analysis, security assessments, risk management and implementing security controls

  • People analytics, talent data and dashboards, with a focus on securing sensitive employee information

  • Security tools and technologies, including provisioning and de-provisioning data access roles

  • Proficiency with ServiceNow, or similar IT service management tools

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

  • Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $60,000-$110,500.
