We're looking for a Web Focus Admin - Specialist to join our ever evolving Cloud Data Platform team to help us unleash the potential of every business. Are you ready to make your mark? About The Team Worldpay Cloud Data Platform team provides WorldPay big Data capabilities including large scale data processing, analytics, fraud platforms, machine learning engineering, stream processing and data insights. Worldpay Cloud Data Platform team help maintain and advance cloud data platforms and services to build data products powering our business services and customers. What You'll Own Administer and support WebFocus platform including scalability, security, availability performance, and reliability of the platform Automate operation, installation, and monitoring of the WebFocus platform on cloud and on-premises data centers Manage and resolve critical support issues with a high degree of technical complexity Measure and monitor service and support performance and health (SLAs, KPIs, etc.) Plan and implement upgrades of tools and design system enhancements with emerging features. Collaborate with engineering team on technical strategies, design patterns, and practices relevant to the optimization and continuous improvement of BI platform within the organization Design, optimize, document, and implement the operational aspects for administering various BI tools within FIS data platform ecosystem Develop and maintain operational runbooks and training curricula for support team Provide enterprise-wide data visualization technical oversight and mentorship for geographically dispersed colleagues and contracted team members Implement release management, governance, cost monitoring, user security auditing and performance optimizations to improve customer experience and system reliability Apply emerging and traditional technologies for analytics improvements in support of enterprise analytics platform strategy What You Bring Experience with implementing and maintaining high-availability production systems Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with an aptitude for learning new technologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interface with both technical and non-technical individuals as needed. Experience with BI platforms like WebFocus, Tableau, ThoughtSpot, PowerBI, or similar tools. Strong Windows and/or Linux system administration experience. Experience working with SQL and cloud based relational databases such as Snowflake. Experience with authentication and authorization systems like LDAP, Kerberos, AD, and IAM. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP. Experience debugging networking issues such as DNS resolutions, proxy settings, security groups Experience with developing monitoring architecture and implementing monitoring agents, dashboards, escalations, and alerts Knowledge of security controls for the public cloud (encryption of data in motion/res
