Job Title : School Psychologist Location : Circleville OH 43113 Duration : 06 Months to Long Term Shift: 07:00 AM to 03:00 PM (20 Hours/Week) Job Requirements: The contractor will report administratively to the school principal who will be responsible for monitoring on-site school psychology service provision. In the absence of a school principal, the contractor will report administratively to the designee mutually agreed upon by the Site Manager and the Bureau Chief of Education. Contract compliance will be monitored by school principal, who will monitor the Psycho-educational Evaluation Log (SE 137) on a monthly basis to evaluate the effectiveness of services covered in the contract. This log is reviewed at the end of each month and signed by both the psychologist and the principal to verify the services rendered. The principal shall maintain a copy of the log. The contractor is required to submit and sign an invoice of services rendered for the process of payment. The principal must complete an annual evaluation of the service provided and submit to the educational administrator sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of the contract. Providing psycho-educational evaluations for students identified as having a disability, or thought to be, disabled. Knowledge Experience and Licensure : Proven experience working with adolescents is required. Experience with adolescent and/or juvenile offender populations is preferred. Experience working in public school districts as a School Psychologist is preferred. Must be a psychologist licensed by, and in good standing with, the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce in School Psychology.
