Aston Carter Account Receivable Clerk in City Of Industry, California

Laboratory company seeking an eager AR Clerk to support their growing team!

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in accounts receivable

Experience with QuickBooks

Basic Excel

Job Description

Perform daily A/R functions including receiving bills, confirming accuracy, coding, posting to account, receiving and posting payment from customer

Build positive relationships with all internal partners and external customers. 

Ensure invoices and cash applications are processed in an accurate and timely manner. 

Posting payments to customer accounts. 

Make collection calls and/or correspond with customers about past due balances.

Providing customer service regarding collection issues, process customer refunds, process and review account adjustments, resolve client discrepancies and short payments.

Prepare and reconcile customer statement, process customer returns and issue invoices. 

Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.
