Job Title: Mechanical Assembler

Job Description

Assemble pumps used in the semiconductor manufacturing industry. Follow work instructions, drawings, or pictures to assemble and install mechanical components. Use hand tools, power tools, air tools, and torque tools. Build entire vacuum pump systems from parts and components from start to finish. Test pump and pump systems for functionality. Perform quality assurance, including measuring to ensure tolerances are met and conducting visual quality control inspections.

This is a swing shift position with regularly scheduled hours from 2:15pm-10:15pm, Monday-Friday.

Work Environment

Trillium takes pumps that have been used in the semiconductor industry and cleans and refurbishes them. It is a light industrial environment with the use of light chemicals in some departments. Overall, it is a pretty clean and organized work environment. Most departments are not noisy enough to require ear plugs.
