Job Information

DTIT Services, LLC Telecommunications Line Installers and Repairers in Clanton, Alabama

  • Effectively communicate with the company, management team, general contractors and other job-site authority figures, and fellow IT technicians.
  • Demonstrate compliance with DTIT service standards for the installation, maintenance, repair, and upgrade of Low Voltage cabling, Audio / Visual systems, Telephony, VOIP, IT Network Cabling, and Data Communication Systems.
  • Understand and demonstrate basic knowledge of structured cabling fundamentals.
  • Demonstrate willingness and ability to lift at least twenty-five (25) pounds, stand for long periods, climb ladders and utility poles, and work in elevated environments and tight spaces as required on the job sites.
  • Successfully meet the standards for travel to job assignments throughout the U.S as outlined in the employee handbook.
  • Demonstrate understanding and ability to t est repaired, newly installed, or updated equipment to ensure that it functions properly and conforms to specifications, using test equipment and observation.
  • Demonstrate understanding and compliance with check-in/out process and job close-out procedures, as outlined in the employee handbook.
  • Demonstrate ability to understand and correctly interpret project SOW as well as specific project requirements; consistently represent companys policy of going above and beyond expectations as explained during employee orientation and outlined in the employee handbook.
  • Consistently bring all necessary equipment required to complete a project to the worksite and maintain company-supplied tools and equipment in working order, subject to regular wear and tear.
