Job Title: Architectural Drafter

Job Description

As an Architectural Drafter, you will have a range of responsibilities from designing, developing, and reviewing architectural plans using AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, SketchUp, and the Adobe Suite, to preparing high-quality 3D renderings and presentation documents. You will effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders and collaborate with consultants, clients, contractors, and other professionals to develop and refine project designs. Ensuring designs meet local building codes and regulations is a vital part of this role. Additionally, you will develop and maintain a professional social media platform to showcase the firm's projects and engage with the design community. Your role will also encompass the design, development, and production of company marketing materials.

Hard Skills
