• Minimum of one (1) year of full-time experience in customer service, cash-handling or sales.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced office environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal direct supervision.

[GENERAL DUTIES: The Financial Support Associate 3 will be responsible for a range of tasks in a fast-paced office setting. Duties will include, but are not limited to: **]{new="" roman="" times=""}

• Serving as primary cashier, balancing cash drawer daily, preparing and delivering bank deposits.
• Creating invoices and sales receipts for bookstore sales.
• Assisting bookstore manager with ordering, receiving, stocking and conducting inventory of items for sale.
• Pre-packaging then distributing books and supplies to students on start dates.
• Serving as back-up support for general purchasing approvals.
• General office tasks such as filing, creating reports, data entry, answering calls and e-mails, scanning/copying, submitting forms and documents in a timely manner, etc.
• Some travel may be required.

[Scheduled work hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. This position reports to the Vice President of Fiscal Services. SALARY:

$27,891-$34,863 per year ($14.30-$17.88 per hour). Commensurate with Tennessee Colleges of Applied Technology salary guidelines, education and related experience.
