HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

What you will be doing:

  • Collaborate with the HR Manager and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates

  • Utilize various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to identify and engage potential candidates

  • Review resumes, conduct pre-screening interviews, and coordinate onsite interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit

  • Serving as a point of contact, providing smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries

  • Filing of various records, both hard copy and digital

  • Assist HR manager with special functions

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

  • High school diploma highly preferred, but not required

  • Minimum of 2 years prior experience in Recruiting and Human Resources office experience preferred

  • Must have skills to perform the basic technical tasks

  • Well-developed communications and interpersonal skills

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Excellent computer literacy and keyboarding skills, including spreadsheets, charts, and technical manuals - familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to work in a high paced, multi-tasking and ever-changing environment

  • Maintains positive team environment

  • Demonstrated organizational skills and highly detail oriented

  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

  • Ability to follow and distribute verbal and written instruction at all levels
