Job Title: Sr. Manager Warehousing & Fulfillment

Location: Remote

Selected candidate will have to relocate within 12-24 months to Middle TN area

Jostens is looking for a Warehousing & Fulfillment Senior Manager to plan and lead the Jostens' distribution operations.

This position will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of Jostens’ products and services to customers, optimizing costs, and complying with all relevant regulations.

This position will support and partner with continuous improvement and manufacturing engineers to drive process improvement and safety goals for the department (s) and/or plant locations, as needed.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in transportation, logistics, business, or a related field and 4 years of experience in distribution and logistics management, preferably in a similar industry -OR- 8 years of appropriate experience in lieu of a degree.

• Strong knowledge of warehousing and fulfillment operations, systems, and regulations

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, transportation management software, warehouse management systems, & ERPs

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred:

• MBA or advanced degree

Typical/expected % of overnight travel: 25%
