Job Title: Swing Arm Forklift Operator

Location: Clarksville, TN

Shift: 2nd Shift

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for performing the tasks of storing/putting away materials from internal supplier into designated locations and pulling correct materials based on put away and/or pick list; prepare such materials for transport to and from Bindery area and Bundle Racks. Assist with loading and unloading skids. The incumbent must be willing to move around the Bindery and perform any tasks/jobs needed to achieve production goals, as assigned by their supervisor.

JOB REQUIREMENTS/SPECIFICATIONS:

• High School degree or GED required

• Excellent attendance

• Good communication skills - written and verbal

• Organizational skills a must.

• Minimum 3 years Forklift Operator experience required

• Current Swing Arm Forklift certification/training a plus

• Must be able to pass standard Forklift, Swing Arm Lift and Fall Protection certification w/Jostens.

• Must be able to work safely and comfortably at an altitude of 28 feet above ground.

• Able to follow written and verbal instructions

• Willing to work flexible hours and overtime with short notice

• Works well under the pressure of deadlines

• Must have flexibility to learn and use new technology

• Must be able to lift 10 to 60 lbs. at shoulder height.

• Basic computer skills / comfortable with regular interface
