About the role

Responsibility for all CMMS technical service standards and consistency. Ensuring systems are in place to guarantee engineering operations and maintenance of plant is consistent across the Region.

Emphasis on the classification of plant and systems in terms of criticality and the identification of Critical Services.

What You'll Do

  • Administer the Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

  • Update the CMMS on receipt of approved changes to the Asset list following addition/removal of assets within the buildings

  • Manage approved country updates to the CMMS system

  • Manage and monitor Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) job plans, updating them as directed when changes are required due to Client or statutory requirements

  • Implement account wide standards and harmonized approach to reporting and asset management

  • Monitoring Maintenance Management Strategies to ensure alignment with Client’s objectives, especially in terms of business continuity.

  • Develop reports and asset data to ensure that the asset information is accurate and reliable

  • Ensure all Technical activities carried out meet CBRE Health and Safety and Client Safety requirements

  • Review plant alarm system performance, highlighting solutions and progressing continuous improvement and appropriate benchmarking programs.

  • Develop training material for CBRE Technicians with regards to the use of Maximo

  • Develop and maintain an effective communication process amongst the CBRE Account Technical community and support as necessary

  • Carry out Work Order general issue corrections as requested (i.e wrong location code assigned, supervisor/owner changes)

  • Review, update and improve the CMMS as instructed

  • Provide support for Handheld technology / Apps for CBRE Technicians

  • Provide expert end user support to the site maintenance teams to promote best in class service / best practice.

  • Ad-hoc / Specific-Unique Analysis / Reporting - Client/CBRE/Local Management

  • Additional tasks as identified by the Account Contract Compliance and Assurance Manager not listed above or identified locally as pertinent to the role

What you’ll need

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • PC literate - CMMS and Excel knowledge to a good standard

  • A positive and proactive approach to work and able to work to own initiative and as part of a small team.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Able to change work pattern at short notice to meet the requirements of changing work load.

  • Able to produce clear written records and reports.

  • Good customer facing manner.

  • A Technical awareness of machine room operations and experience of power, UPS, CPS, distribution, cooling, preferred.

  • Educated in a technical discipline, preferred.

  • Experience working in corporate environments, preferred.
