Centene Corporation Senior Platform Specialist in CLAYTON, Missouri

Position Purpose:

Oversee specific prospect initiatives to improve engagement and conversion. Oversee and execute communications initiatives related to regulations, operations, and/or health education, including project management, content development and execution and measurement.

  • Oversee, develop and execute communication initiatives across creative/content development, regulatory reviews/approvals and distribution, ensuring key milestones and deliverables are achieved.

  • Provide strategic solutions to business partners, health plans and vendors on various communication initiatives

  • Utilize a multi-channel communication approach including web, direct mail, email, text, etc.

  • Oversee and execute initiatives with vendors and external partners on various communication projects and initiatives.

  • Identify and leverage internal and external market data and research insights to help develop communications and engagement opportunities

  • Oversee and continuously evaluate work process and procedure, identifying opportunities for improvement

  • Identify opportunities to build internal and external business relationships to help build strategic communication initiatives

  • Build and modify web pages within our content management system (Adobe Experience Manager and/or Sitecore), in accordance with web style guidelines.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain a clear understanding of web content requirements, actively seeking clarification when needed.

  • Ensure that all digital content aligns with brand standards and stays in sync with established web guidelines.

  • Propose improvements based on business partner feedback and web analytics.

  • Optimize web-ready digital graphics by compositing, masking, sharpening, resizing, etc. using Adobe Photoshop.

  • Upload images, marketing documents, and videos into the appropriate asset management system (AEM Assets).

  • Responsible for reviewing and activating pages within our CMS platform, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to established guidelines.

  • Use Workfront to access content, communicate project updates, complete assigned workflow steps and upload URLs for review.

  • Handle workflows within a project management system and maintain timelines of multiple, simultaneous projects.

  • Provide customized training to content authors and regional counterparts on how to build and edit web pages and how to perform advanced level tasks in our CMS.

  • Monitor multiple channels to answer technical questions and provide support to global content authors.

As a Sr Platform Specialist, you will have the task of taking content from multiple business partners and incorporating it thoughtfully into our website’s content management system. You will collaborate with Digital Content Managers and business partners to ensure digital content is accurate, consistent, and adheres to digital, editorial, SEO and web style guides. You will join a team that is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of our content platform, handling tasks such as content publishing, platform optimization and user support and training. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Communications, Marketing, or Consumer Experience, or related area. 5+ years of related experience in Communications, Marketing, or Consumer Experience

Pay Range: $67,400.00 - $121,300.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
