Full Time position for help in Clear Lake School District. Under the general supervision of Supervisor of Facilities and Maintenance Supervisor.

This position is night time hours Monday - Friday (2:00 pm - 10:30 pm during school days)

Qualifications include: – basic computer skills – above average mechanical skills. Must be able to occasionally safely lift and carry up to 100 lbs., work continuous hours while walking and climbing steps or ladders or in harsh weather conditions, snow removal, and pass physical screening assessment. Qualities of solid emotional stability and integrity both in personal appearance and daily conduct. CDL/school bus endorsement preferred - can get school bus endorsement after employed.

Prior Experience preferred.
