What you ll do as a Process Operator: Set up, operate, monitor, regulate and adjust equipment to meet product requirements and achieve Safety, Quality, Value, Cost (S,Q,V,C) results Troubleshoot and operate manufacturing equipment to identify root causes of problems Pay close attention to detail and alert supervision if numbers fall outside expected quality ranges Convey shift information and knowledge regarding the daily production, process, and equipment Deliver quality results, on spec and on time Assure availability of required materials and supplies Monitor equipment settings and makes required adjustments to product specifications Continually monitor all KPIs Perform routine quality checks and adjusts to meet set specifications Create clear, accurate, and timely documentation
