Job Description Summary: The Senior Program Manager - Utah Campus Execution is responsible for leading the management of multiple highly complex, mission-critical, and high-priority projects in the execution of the Utah Campus expansion.  The PM will lead the cross functional team through the timely execution of Information Technology (IT),  Information Assurance (IA), Facilities Management, Classified Space Buildouts, Physical Security, Sponsor Management, Process Improvement, Space Planning and other programmatic or organizational needs. The PM will be a well-organized, systematic problem-solver with a proven ability to communicate ideas and develop business relationships at all levels of the organization. Experience with matrix organizations and managing projects with a DFARS/DoD component is of great value to this role.  In addition the PM will support a cross functional team ensuring Utah Campus developments enhance program capture, development, planning and execution.  Experience with matrix organizations and managing projects with a DFARS/DoD component is of great value to this role. The Air Force and Missile Defense Strategic Systems program area at Draper is seeking a Clearfield, Utah based program manager to work closely with our staff as we increase our contributions to the warfighter, supporting program offices and industry and academic partners at Hill Air Force Base and surrounding area.  We are seeking a staff member who excels in fast-paced, dynamic work environments with only top-level guidance and minimal oversight.  This position will operate as an integral member of the mission area team and work across the breadth of the Draper enterprise to ensure adequate coordination and collaboration across laboratory functions.
