Schedule Monday to Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. In-Office.
Job Responsibilities:
Answering phones and greeting the public in a friendly and courteous manner.
Operate the switchboard phone lines.
Prepares documents for imaging.
Assists in packing and preparing employees shipments.
Prepares copies according to customer specification.
Ensures all domestic and international shipments are processed and logbooks are maintained.
Receives shipments from various couriers and processes shipment by sorting and delivering.
Requirements:
Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to answer the phone and greet the public in a friendly and courteous manner.
Previous experience as a receptionist is a plus.
Must have great PC skills.
Must be able to lift to 50 lbs.
Work well under pressure and with high workloads.
Express ideas clearly and show sensitivity to others needs.
Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Reliability is key: Must be able to show up to work on time every day.
