Summary:

Will integrate the various aspects of treatment and support for prostate/breast cancer patients. Serves as liaison to community physicians and oncology services to facilitate and enhance the quality of care of the patient, from the time of diagnosis through treatment & recovery. Promotes evidence-based clinical care that exemplifies the pursuit of clinical excellence.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education equivalent experience:

Essential:

• Required - Associates - Nursing; Or - Diploma - Nursing; Preferred - Bachelors - Nursing

Credentials:

Essential:

• Basic Life Support

• Registered Nurse

Experience:

• 2 years Cancer Services
